Ask any barbecue enthusiast "how do you cook ribs?" They'll say smoke on low and then wrap them in foil to finish it off to perfection. Why waste aluminum foil or risk spilling your rib fat? The foil finishing process simply breaks up the fats and steams the meat, giving a smooth, succulent pull to bone-in ribs. The Broil King rib list goes one step further; the ribs are placed vertically on a stainless rack to save space and prevent them from cooking in their own juices. Steamed ribs are delicious. Boiled short ribs are not, perfectly grilled short ribs every time.
Constructed of heavy cast iron coated with a durable porcelain coating that is easy to oil and easy to clean. In the smoker, try 1 hour smoking at 225°F / 107°C and 2 hours on the broiler at 300°F / 149°C. Or on a gas barbecue, fully grill your ribs in under 1 hour at 415°F / 212°C. Manufactured to fit front to back directly over cooking grates or the Flav-R-Wave™ diffusers of a Broil King® barbecue. Save space, cook ribs better, also makes a fantastic Dutch oven to place on the grill!
