CARE AND USE: The maximum volumetric cooking capacity is 3/4 of the total capacity of the piece. Place the handle of the utensil toward the center of the kitchen. In kitchens with a rack, centralize the piece over the flame or heat source and align the handle to the rack. Hot utensils should be out of the reach of children. This product is oven safe. Remember to remove the silicone glove before placing it in the oven. Before first use, wash with a soft sponge, neutral soap or liquid detergent. After drying, brush the inside area with oil or fat and heat for a minute or two. Let cool and wash again.
