Garlic sauce originated in the garlic capital of the United States, Gilroy, California. We recommend trying this Gilroy-style garlic sauce as an accompaniment to lamb, grilled dishes, kebabs, Greek sandwiches, sausages, bread, and more.
· Ingredients: Rapeseed oil, water, apple juice, sugar, spirit vinegar, egg yolk*, garlic 3.5%, cider vinegar, onion, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, aromatic plants, spices, barley malt vinegar, mustard seed, acid (lactic acid, citric acid), modified corn starch, preservative (potassium sorbate), molasses, colour (carotenoids), thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), anchovies (fish), tamarind extract, flavouring, antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA), natural flavouring. * free range eggs.
· Conservation: Store in a cool, dark place where the temperature does not exceed 20°C. Best before: see bottle neck. Once opened, keep refrigerated (max. 7°C).
