The Poffertjes pan is a cast iron pan that makes it easy to bake mini pancakes. One batch makes 30 pieces of the Dutch specialty and serves adventurers big and small. Thanks to the material properties of cast iron, optimal heat distribution ensures an even baking result.
The Poffertjes frying pan is made to be used over the open fire or on the bed of embers. In the process, the two side handles allow for relocation. In addition, it can be combined with the Petromax Atago, because with a 30 cm diameter it fits perfectly into the opening and rests on the upper edge. Also, the bottom of the pan has flattened out.
