For the true barbecue fanatic, a rotisserie is a must. And what could be better than cooking large pieces of meat or poultry with a rotisserie over the OFYR cooker fire or cooking delicious food in a hanging pot. The same set is offered for the OFYR 85 and 100. The set consists of 2 very solid stainless steel supports, which are cleverly fixed under the plate, 2 stainless steel intermediate tubes (1 for the 85 models and 1 for the 100) that connect securely on top of brackets, a swivel hook skewer with 2 large and 2 small brackets to hold meat or poultry, and an S-hook to hang a pan.
Because of the fire, the supports, the intermediate tube and the skewer get very hot. Therefore, it is always advisable to handle the OFYR rotisserie with heat resistant gloves.
